Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available on our website www.170russell.com

Entry on the night

Tickets are delivered as e-tickets to your email to be scanned at the door, however, you can also simply provide photo id at the door if you can not locate your ticket.

Passouts

You are free to come and go as you please from 170 Russell once your ticket has been processed and you have a stamp. Please see our door or security staff if you require assistance or need a quiet place for a break during the show.

Accessability

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Seating for people with difficulty standing

If you are unable to stand for extended periods of time a chair can be arranged for you. Please contact rylee.p@170russell.com prior to show day to arrange for a chair.

Is there wheelchair access?

Please contact the venue beforehand to arrange priority wheelchair entry if you’d like the opportunity to get a position where the stage is visible.

Shows with strobe lighting

Every effort is made to ensure there is signage for any shows including strobe lighting; however, this may not always be possible. Please contact the venue if you have any concerns around strobe or flashing lighting for a show you are attending.

Room Lighting

Please note that there is low lighting in and around the band room as a requirement for shows. If you have low vision and need assistance, please let us know.

Where is 170 Russell?

170 Russell is located at 170 Russell Street Melbourne (Corner of Russell Street & Little Bourke Street / Chinatown)

Parking

There is limited street parking and Wilson’s parking next door at 180 Russell Street. To book a spot online, please visit Wilson Parking

Tram

The closest tram stop is Russell Street – Stop 7, which is on Route 86 & 96. Alternatively, Bourke Street Mall/ Swanston Street – Stop 10 is serviced by tram routes 1, 3/3A, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 & 72. All stops are level access stops.

Train

Wheelchair accessible entrance

Access for wheelchair users is via the glass doors at 180 Russell Street. Please see our security staff at the front entrance.
